For people who take part. And people who make it happen.
Less organising but better organised.
Taking part? Follow the clubs, classes and events you care about, and bring their dates into your own calendar.

I organise events
Follow what matters.
Stay up to date.
Choose what to follow. Open a link shared by an organiser and follow an organisation’s public events, an event Series or one specific event. Log in with an email code; private activities also require the organiser’s access code.
Receive email updates. Choose a weekly summary, a reminder the day before your events, a reminder on the day, or any combination of the three. Each email contains the latest event details.
Subscribe once to your calendar. Add your personal Follow Simply calendar to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. New followed events and changes appear automatically when your calendar app refreshes.
Your events.
A home for your community.
For clubs, associations and event organisers. Publish your schedule once, share a link wherever your people are, and keep the details current in one place.
Less repeated admin. Give each event a page with its dates, location and useful details. Duplicate an existing event onto several dates to reuse the information. Change a time or cancel a session, and the page and subscribed calendars stay up to date.
A connection that lasts beyond one post. People only need to find you once. Following your organisation or a Series gives them a way to receive future events without needing to see your next social media post as well.
Regular activities.
Everyone up to date.
Weekly training, yoga classes, rehearsals. Your group already knows you, but the latest time or venue can get buried in WhatsApp messages, lost among social media posts or left unread in email threads.
Give the schedule a reliable home. Group related events into a Series so people can follow just their team, class or activity.
Public or private, as needed. Create a public Series for your football team’s matches and a code-protected one for training sessions. Supporters follow the matches; players use the link and code you share to follow training sessions too.
Occasional events.
A reason to return.
A food truck market, a yoga and brunch morning, a seasonal gathering. Social media helps people discover the event. Reaching those same people next time can mean starting all over again.
Turn a first visit into an ongoing connection. Invite people to follow your organisation. Your next public event appears in their followed event list and subscribed calendar, and they can receive email reminders, so their interest can last beyond that one occasion.
Why not just
Facebook Events?
Discovery and staying up to date are different jobs. Keep using Facebook, Instagram and other channels to reach new people. Staying informed should not depend on followers seeing every post: Follow Simply gives them email reminders and calendar updates with the latest event information.
One source of truth for public and private activities. Use a public event to promote a match to supporters; use a private Series for the training schedule shared to the players’ WhatsApp group. Both lead back to one maintained schedule, so nobody has to find the right message or wonder whether a pinned post is current.
Keep the connection after discovery. Organisers update the event once. Followers see the latest details on its page, in their email reminders and through their calendar subscription, without another social media post needing to reach them.
